About My Work
I’m a therapist who helps people navigate trauma, identity, grief, and the weight of past experiences. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor to the therapy room, and I make it my work to meet you fully, without judgment.
I’m trained in EMDR, and I incorporate different elements of psychodynamic therapy and attachment-based work in sessions. EMDR helps your brain process distressing memories so they have less power over your present life, while psychodynamic theory and attachment work helps you understand patterns, relationships, and how your story shapes your world today. I also work in crisis response, which has given me experience supporting people in intense, urgent situations, from suicidality and psychosis, to abuse, homelessness, and foster care.
People often tell me, “I don’t know why I’m telling you this, because I never tell anyone these things”. That is what I strive for. I hope to make you feel fully seen and heard, without any judgement or criticism.
