Hi, I’m Aaron (he/him).

I’m a therapist who offers thoughtful, compassionate support for people navigating identity, faith, injustice, trauma, and the pain of past experiences. I care deeply about creating a space where you can speak freely, feel safe enough to go deep, and begin to rediscover your own sense of strength and worth.

While I have particular experience working with young adults, I welcome clients of all ages who resonate with this kind of work. My approach is warm and relational, blending reflection, gentle challenge, humor when it fits, and helpful education about how our minds and bodies respond to life. Together, we’ll move at your pace, make sense of your story, and explore what healing and wholeness might look like for you.

I bring experience from both nonprofit and private-practice settings, and work with clients of many different backgrounds. Curiosity, care, and the power of a trusting therapeutic relationship guide everything I do.

You can see more below about the areas I specialize in and the approaches I draw from in our work together.
