Frequently asked questions

How much does therapy cost?

My standard fee is $125 per 50-minute session. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out, and I’d be glad to talk more about what’s possible.

Do you take insurance?

I don’t accept insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill, which is a document you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance to ask about coverage for out-of-network therapy services.

Do you offer sessions online or in-person?

I see clients online most weekdays, and I also am in the office a couple days every week. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where we can get to know one another and talk about scheduling! After that, I’ll send over next steps and the paperwork to get started.

What issues or concerns do you work with?

I work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, identity, burnout, spiritual questions, anxiety, grief, and the impact of injustice. You don’t need a perfect explanation for why you’re seeking therapy, we can figure that out together!
